You will also get those items if you click on them.  Click on the word WORK in the sign PENGUINS AT WORK. You will get the Black Superhero Mask.  Click on the white puffle and you will get The Dizzy.  Go to the Stage and open the chest. Go to this page and select the WHTE part on the Cassette( the little boom box if you want to call it) and you will get the Silver Wand!  They BLOCKED IT???
